Jump Rope Dance: 100 degree weather outside...no sweat! Keep it indoors and have fun with it. This is a short Jump Rope Circuit. 8 Rounds: 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off. Change it up a little and keep the heart rate up. Total time is 8 mins. Start with that and work your way up to a total time of 24 mins which would be 3 Circuits.
