June 27th 2005.. In Dunkirk NY at Brooks Hospital Monday Night at 6:13pm.. Janaya M. Malone was born. She was ten pounds two ounces. It was not a very easy delivery for her Mommy Dorianne D Giles .. I remember they had to go in and get her because she wouldnt drop. At the time I didnt know there was any trouble. They got her out and took Janaya in one room and took Dori into another. And there I stood wondering what just happen ?? I remember being the 1st to see her through the glass and thinking theres my baby girl sleeping away. The nurse came out and wheel her closer to the window and Peak out and ask me . Mr Malone. Would you like to hold your daughter. And I said no. The nurse smile went away and had that shock look as if I was and no good basted .. Dori came out of recovery and the nurse brought baby Janaya in and handed her to her Mother. The reason why I didnt hold her when I was ask to is because I wanted Dori to hold her 1st. When it came my turn I must of held her for hours just watching her. I remember missing the dinner the next day at the hospital. Sorry Dori. But Ill always be thankful for Janaya being born. Shes the best thing thats ever happen to me and she taught me to love someone more than myself. Nine years later shes still my baby girl. Her mommy as well .. Happy b-day Janaya. Thank you for being born. Your the best gift I ever got. The song that was playing when I 1st held Janaya was Lightning Crashes by live on the radio. My song to her is My Little Girl by Tim McGraw. I Love You Janaya. Youll always be my baby girl. Happy 9th B-day !!!!
