June 30th Catching up, a good word to describe today for sweet Maddie.She had a rough preemie day, still recovering from last week.She lost weight and just wasnt up for any bottle feedings today. Her little eyes look so tired, she is our fiesty girl so it is sad to see her having a rough day. She is snuggled in now and sleeping, tomorrow will bring her a better day. It is 11pm and mom is still at the hospital until she feels comfortable that her girls are comfortable Emmie is still struggling with reflux also, but she is doing so much better taking a bottle. They dont do much nursing yet, that is a lot more work for them and they dont have that kind of stamina yet. She seems to be doing great in her new bed keeping her temperature up and continues to stay off of oxygen... She is making progress and getting things marked of her list to get her closer to coming home. There is a list of things that need to be accomplished before they come home, some depend on the girls health, some things mom and dad have to do. Today Justin and Jen took an infant CPR class, and yesterday they watched all the required videos... I think that when the girls get past this bump in the road that we are going to see the time fly by and they will soon be able to enjoy the wonderful blessings of having their family all under one roof. Lets pray for that to be sooner than later. What a celebration that will be!
