This rapidly expanding business offers significant advancement potential for motivated individuals. 24/7 Help Desk Coordinator: ECS is looking for candidates to operate the 24/7 Event Desk. This job involves monitoring event activations after normal business hours; responding to the triggered event for all our 24/7 markets; answering customers questions and concerns and reporting on all event activations. Candidates will work on sales research projects as well. Candidates must possess advanced internet based research skills and a well-developed work ethic. Candidates must have intermediate excel skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills; be organized, reliable, self motivated, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communications ability. Candidate must pass a computer based research test and excel test. Compensation is $11-$13/hr based on education and experience.
