Ooh Californias getting smart and restricting the water supply. Its crazy, drought in the west, floods in the east. If we want to conserve water, California could start by ceasing its ridiculous attempts to transform a DESERT into a biological paradise by wasting thousands of dollars on sprinklers. And start investing more into desalinization plants! If it seems difficult, or inconvenient, just remember that water has always determined the fate of civilizations, never the reverse.
