Junior Emus Rugby Camp Dear Parents, Penrith Emus Rugby Club will be holding a rugby training camp at Nepean Rugby Park, Andrews Road, Penrith, during the September school holidays. The purpose of the camp is for those juniors who are interested in learning about the greatest game of all Rugby Union, also for those who are already playing, the chance to gain more skills and be coached by a team of multi-skilled, qualified coaches, who are led by Sateki (Teki) Tu’iulotu, Penrith Emus Head Coach, a talented and dedicated player and coach, who has had played at high levels of the game including 3 Rugby World Cups for Tonga. The camp is for males and females, aged from 6 to 17 years of age. The first week of the camp is for 6-11 year olds and the second week 12-17 year olds. Each camp will run for 5 days, Monday to Friday for from 9am to 3pm. This cost of the camp includes: • All activities will be fully supervised • Focusing on developing players skills • Teaching new skills • Increasing fitness levels • Reps from the Waratahs’ will be here each Friday • Lunch and drink will be provided • Qualified coaches and trainers. • Jersey and drink bottle • Certificate of participation on completion of the camp An information night will be held on 16th September at 7pm at Emus Club House on Andrews Road, Penrith so parents can meet the coaches and the team at Penrith Emus Rugby, discuss any questions they may have and receive a training schedule for the camps.
