Jury deliberations are underway in the trial for Reginald L. Britton Jr., who stands accused of aggravated domestic battery stemming from a 2011 incident where a woman was found badly beaten in a dog kennel outside of Edinburg. Earlier today, Appellate Prosecutor Michael Vujovich dismissed a charge of attempted murder against Britton, opting to proceed solely on the aggravated domestic battery charge.
