Jus had someone inbox me and say MY TEAM ISNT TAKING ACTION...what do I do? Here is my response: There are 2 things you can do... First thing is: You can baby your team --- like I did for a long time... I was on the phone with everyone EVERY MOMENT of the day, trying to coach, pump them up, do the work for them... ...and my income never increased, actually it decreased and my team stopped listening to me and my value with them decreased. I was tryna be Papa Bear to my team and it was making things worse. People started showing up to trainings and calls less and less and no one was really joining my team... Then one day I said SCREW THIS!!! (in frustration) ...which leads to the 2nd thing you can do ---- I stopped calling EVERYONE on my team, and only started working with those who were serious... ...the ones that were taking MASSIVE ACTION and building their business on their own... And I started focusing MORE on my person production, Leading by example... If Im going to to PREACH something, Im going to do it. To my amazement, my team started TAKING OFF! My income increased dramatically...and my team started showing up on more calls and trainings... ...especially if they wanted my help, because I was ONLY willing to work with those who had a Positive Attitude, Willing to work towards their dream, and those who SHOWED UP! When you show up, you GO UP! So back to the 2 things you can do ---- Baby your team or get out the way and allow them to have their BREAKTHROUGH... The BEST thing you can do for your team is to go out there and CRUSH IT yourself... Them seeing you take MASSIVE ACTION will pump them up more. Those who arent serious will give up and quit on their dream, its not your fault and has nothing to do with you. Its THEM. Work with those who are ready... ...and watch what happens to your business.
