Just DREAMING out loud --Sure you all feel the same way - lol -It would be so nice if someone with accounting / office skills would come to my house and take care of all my filing, paperwork ,writing checks , setting up auto pay on computer( I have never done this b4- my ex did it for me) paying my bills( with my money of course), staying on the phone with Citizens insurance, GE and in general taking all responsibility so I do not have to . Truthfully , I am accustomed to my wealthy ex doing it for me . I asked my Father when I was about 18 to show me finances and how to balance a checkbook. He proceeded to pat me on the knee and tell me Dont worry, Daddy will take care of everything . I did not know car insurance existed until I was 25 and living 800 miles away from my family & about to get married because my Father had always apparently paid it. My ex- hubby took care of everything as well . I never looked at finances and NEVER balanced a checkbook ( still do not) for ~22 yrs. YES - I am blessed and have a Wonderful Father , whom I love and adore, who gave me everything and sheltered me from real life and an ex-husband who coddled & spoiled me. Herein lies the lesson ... Parents teach your children, ESPECIALLY GIRLS , regardless of status, about responsibility & money organizational skills so someday when they might possibly have to, feel like they can do it and not feel like they must rely on/run to wealthy men, whom I have been with all of my life, to do it for them and end up venting on FB... Ok Im ready to catch hell , Im sure.
