Just a little shout out to my oldest son Trey Hughs this morning. This kid when he turned 18 he enlisted into the United States Army. Before discharging from the Army he had served two tours in Iraq, received awards and metals for his service and after this he made his way back into civilian life. I can remember when he first got out, civilians got on his nerves, I would attribute this to him living a somewhat structured life while he served. Although he was in among combat zones and he was in dangerous situations daily, I am thankful that he did come home being one of those chest beaters and bragging about himself all the time. Although I could have not been prouder of him and his service, I am glad to have a son that is humbled and thankful, and a true soldier.
