Just a quick update for everyone. Gia is hunkered down in fight mode so if your calls or texts are unanswered it is not that she doesnt LOVE hearing from you it is because the medication and supplement protocols are leaving her super tired and just drained in general. This will continue until late January when she will be retested to see if this protocol is working. Gia is optimistic that she is on the right track and knows that God is in control and feels secure in that fact. Amen! As her friend, I am feeling quite helpless and I know many of you must be feeling the same way. I asked her, what can I do to make you feel loved and supported? She says that she does feel loved and supported from everyone. Please keep sending notes and letters of encouragement-she keeps all her cards forever. I am going over on Sunday from about 1pm-4pm to help organize and wrap Christmas for the kids. If anyone wants to stop by, the Sables Wings Boutique is still set up and would be a good time to shop if you missed last Saturday-we have tons of great stuff left! Also, I asked her about meals and she said Baxter is doing the cooking after work. I thought maybe a few healthy meals here and there might lighten the load so if anyone would like to help please PM me. Gia continues to Praise Him through this Storm and her faith is beautiful and encouraging to me personally and I know she has touched each of you in a way that is uniquely Gia! Merry Christmas and remember to soak up the true meaning and the love of family and friends. Thanks for being there for our beautiful friend! Please trust that I will keep you posted.
