Just a rant for car guys (and girls)...in regard to the highly anticipated, voted one of the top 10 new cars worth waiting for, Alfa Romeo 4C, leading motor authority Edmunds cites a con to the new car as, "the same money gets you a loaded Porsche Cayman, without the potential pitfalls of a new brand." New brand? Alfa built their first car in 1911, Porsche in 1939. The body of the 4C is built by Maserati. They built their first car in 1914. The 4C motor was designed by Ferrari, who built their first car in 1947. Where do they hire these guys? New brand? Get an education, Edmunds!
