Just a rant regarding something that had been bothering me for a while now. For all of you sons, daughters, grandchildren, great grandchild, nieces and nephews who are TOO BUSY to call or visit your elderly family members -SHAME ON YOU. Remember they were there for you when you need a hug and were never too busy to make time for you or to make your favorite treat. While you are so busy each day that passes brings them closer to the end. They have nothing big to plan for and no place special to go. Yes they have had their time but all they have left is a call or visit from those special people in their lives who might still learn a thing or two from the stories they would love to tell. Yes this means YOU!
