Just a week into one of our favourite months. For those in the know, September in Cornwall can be very special. The weather has been warm and settled and the mornings see that lovely early morning mist in the meadow that gets bunt off by the ever rising sun. Along with the mist scurry the young rabbits into their burrows and once again one can hear the birds (not nearly as vocal as in spring). The sea is just about as warm as it is going to get during the year; I have heard reports of 20 degrees or so. A big thank you to all our guests this year and their kind comments and feedback both in our guest books and, increasingly, on Trip Advisor. One comment that reoccurs though is our lack of WiFi at Meadow Barn. Well over the winter we will be looking at getting a land line to the barn and from there our broadband. Hopefully this will increase our appeal to potential guests.
