Just an observation: It is a funny culture we live in here in the UK where people expect/demand you to be happy ALL the time and if your sad you have to cheer up and focus on the positive - Geeez sometimes things are just sad and thats Ok - it means you have a heart! Its like people are desperately afraid to be/see/feel anything BUT happy. Im ok with feeling sad sometimes, or even angry and whatnot... allowing and letting go are the keys to transformation. Even the happiest most positive and strongest person gets down and feels sad sometimes.... sometimes I wish the English could take a leaf out of the Canadians book of humanity, humility, caring and compassion. They would never tell you to pull your socks up or be anything other than what you are.. but they would hold and embrace you in your feelings until you felt happy again in your own way and time. They really are the most amazing people on the planet!
