Just experienced the worst service at Starbucks at Park & Preston next B&N. The lady at the register couldnt smile for nothing and the barista actually put a clump of green tea matcha in my drink & didnt stir it since I got it without ice. She thought that was acceptable. I had to tell her how to prepare it & she did it grudgingly with lips pursed. This is a busy store but the most unhappy & poorly trained people seem to work here. Makes me wonder about mgmt.
