Just feel like sharing: I, like most of you have tried the get skinny quick schemes with little to no success (not long term anyway)..I stepped on the scale last week and I was horrified at the number ..Always tired, slugish... This week (the last 5 days) I have cut out bad carbs, bad sugars, no eating at night, 1 LARGE cup of coffee and plenty of WATER and to my surprise I was down 8 lbs this morning (alot of water I am assuming) but none the less 8 lbs and feel fantastic!! (so refreshed and energized) I am sure everyone can see the mood change this has had on me...This is without much exercise due to a cracked rib, just nice brisk walks!! I have been drilling healthy eating into my kids for quite sometime then sneaking junk when they were not around or in bed.. big mistake!! I will still have my treats as so will the kids, but no more gorbing and then trying the get skinny quick schemes, just plain ol healthy living from scratch!! Thanks for reading
