Just finished writing my training plan-- for the next 33 weeks... to include New jersey 1/2, 1775, new jersey marathon, Nutjob (5k+1/2 marathon), st.Michael 1/2 AND Marine corps historic 1/2 same weekend, Baltimore 10m, grandmas marathon, summer marathon training,learning to swim(in a lane), Baltimore marathon, Marine corps marathon, 10k across the bay, and Richmond marathon. Running, spinning,swimming,yoga, Pilates,strength training, core, and rest & recovery- and a solid meal plan in the kitchen.
