The plan to which God had from the beginning stems back to Genesis 1:1 when God created the earth he had in mind whatever he created and it was good, he even created man and he saw that it was good here lies the problem 3:1 when Satan himself betrayed Eve and she ate of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and she gave to her husband and he ate, then lies this problem and much like what Romans 7:14-18 describes the wages of sin and how luring sin has upon the human soul Paul describes his pain in a spiritual sense when he says The good that I want to do I do not, but the evil I hate, that I do this is what sin is, it is a plague like a virus that spreads and the longer it lingers the more devastating its effects it will have upon our souls. The lingering problems that we have we can bring them before the foot of the cross and Jesus can set us free Ephesians 1:22-25.
