Just gave in to my curiosity and watched the Doctor who thing- comments it was not as bad as usual Like the joke about Americans and time travel Tennant and Hurt are still better than the recent Smith bloke but nobody beats Baker I am still bored by the long moralising/ musing stuff they squeeze in Billie Piper is still crap Still have that class issue with them all though- all the doctors ( apart from one) are not only English but Southern and middle class even when being played by a Scottish actor. but as Orwell, Tolkein, C S Lews and J K Rowlng would have it - it is the middle class that saves the world
