Just got a letter from the federal insurance plan telling me that my Ohio medical insurance will no longer be my insurance carrier and that if I want health insurance I have to go with the Federal plan and I have to pay another deductable for my medications. They want me to pay them $250. after i just paid $150. in Jan. when I called them they said that the deductable for my meds. was actually $500. a year and that I was lucky that it is starting in July or I would pay the full deductable. Now can someone tell me how this is affordable care? I already pay over $4000. a year for my premiums and now $500. for medication deductiable then I have a $100. deductiable plus I still have to pay 30% for all doctors visits and 30% for hospital visits and on top of that I have to get permission from them for any other type of care and the worst thing is that my doctor may not be in there plan and I might lose the doctor I have had for many year. I am Fing pissed. I should just quit my job and lay around on welfare cause it seems like I go out and work my butt off to only have nothing more than what some lazy ass on welfare has actually they proabaly have more than me. pissed pissed pissed. I am about to give up.
