Just got back home, after witnessing the launch of National AFL - TopicsExpress

Just got back home, after witnessing the launch of National AFL Junior championship at Kimbe International School, though the program started by 1 hour late but finished on time by 9.30. Great to see young boys and girls enthusiastically participating in various cultural programs and more importantly in the game, happy to see equal participation of boys and girls in AFL game, great to see kids from my second home Kavieng and also kids from our border Pomio district and believe Bougainville kids will arrive tomorrow. Though disappointed by late start but forgot the delay seeing enthusiastic young kids and the function started by 7.30 and perfectly ended at 9.30 covering all the performances of Pomio,.Kavieng, Kimbe, and Mai all within time. Recently Kimbe has been the venue for many functions, 2 weeks ago launch of GESI policy by Public service Dept Secretary John Kali and just last qhole week we witnessed National Net ball championship. Thank you AFL PNG for choosing Kimbe as a venue for your junior championship and continue to support our young kids in sports and instilling discipline in them. Book in advance your tickets as all planes to wnb are downgraded ( mostly dash8) due to the extension of our runway and construction of new terminal. Wish you all the best for your game and enjoy your stay in WNB and experience pain West. I am going to Galilo tomorrow 8am to witness 56th Anniversary of Boas Kulei Primary school (established 1959) and will have our PEC meeting in Kimbe by 2pm. Good Night.
