Just got done with my 10 minute ab work out. I feel a lot better - TopicsExpress

Just got done with my 10 minute ab work out. I feel a lot better now. I, Gary “Cash” Joseph Bonas II, declare as follows: 1. My verified income by year for the years 2001 to the present follow: 2001 $0.00 2002 $0.00 2003 $0.00 2004 $10,104.00 2005 $2,446.00 2006 $0.00 2007 $8,718.64 2008 $11,213.06 2009 $9,591.22 2010 $11,561.00 2011 $15,000.00 2012 $13,000.00 (Rounded Up) 2013 $6,966.00 2. For the four income years 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2006 I was formally “in actual prison and/or in prison custody” – completely disabled from any income earning work. 3. On August 04, 2003, I was ordered released from prison by the United States’ 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, but was not released. In chains, I was transferred from Los Angeles’ Federal Prison Camp (Metropolitan Detention Center) to San Diego County’s Prison Camp at George Bailey. 4. For the income years 2004 and 2005 I was temporarily released from San Diego County’s Prison Camp. Immediately upon my initial release on January 01, 2004, I diligently searched for income earning work. The only paying job I could find was serving in a restaurant located in Solvang California near my home at which I resided with my mother. That job I was very grateful to find so that I could contribute to my very ill mother keeping her home as she was unable to work as a double organ transplant survivor. 5. For the income year 2013 I have yet to receive my last check from my last job at the Social Martini Bar and Restaurant, at which I was employed for over four years. It is expected to be around $300, but no more than $400. There, I made minimum wage (8.00) plus tips as a restaurant server. I have roughly between 40 and 60 hours logged for that final two week window. 6. I’m currently unemployed, with zero income. For private reasons, I no longer work at the restaurant I worked at for the past four years. Those reasons, however, center directly on the State Bar’s direct threat of prosecuting me or otherwise directing another prosecution (or directing me being taken prisoner, again) for writing. My writings do include some of my laws, both federal and state. The details of my departure from my last job are private and will not be detailed herein. It suffices to state that, owing to external factors, I was advised to immediately leave, for mental health, welfare and safety concerns. I followed the advice and quickly departed after assuring that all of my shifts were covered by other staff and/or quickly filled by other applicants on stand-by. 7. I earned a college and law degree. Immediately after graduating law school in May of 1995 I enrolled in the State Bar’s Bar Passers course. The summer of 1995 I attended that course, studied and took the California Bar exam in July of 1995. I “sat” for that exam one time and passed. 8. Since arriving in Los Angeles in 2006, after being released from Kern County’s Tehachapi California Prison Camp on 07-21-06, I’ve diligently searched for honest, society contributing gainful employment. 9. I’ve continuously sought any employment to utilize any skill I have, blue or white collar. For example, I’ve applied for legal contract work. I have applied for law related associate and even paralegal positions. I’ve applied for law school, college, and even high school substitute teaching and/or tutoring positions. I’ve applied for private investigation jobs. I’ve applied for journalism position in array of media. I’ve sought positions with both the State and Federal governments. I’ve provided my resume to head hunters and have posted it multiple job search forums. Without exception, I’ve not zero response; not even a casual interest. 10. I have one bank account with less than $500 in it. In spite of a recent round of local applications and job searches, I have, again, had zero response or even the slightest interest from any local restaurant or other sent application. 11. I have had zero income for over two months now. 12. I’ve been lucky enough to pick up some temporary side jobs for minimal pay since 2006, but nothing remotely comparable to my last decent paying job at $100,000 per year in 2000. 13. I’ve received qualified and consistent feedback about lack of ability to find gainful employment. Short of some restaurants willingness to take a chance on me, without exception, some candid, local professionals explained to me: “Look Cash, you will never get hired. Employers do at least a quick internet background check. They will find and read the State Bar’s publishing about you.” Based on their words about you, I wouldn’t hire you - in any field.” Although difficult to hear, I appreciate that direct honesty. I swear under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that the foregoing statements are true. Date: November 07, 2013.
