Just got home from Jeffs house. We had breakfast - potatoes, sausage, bacon, eggs, pancakes and OJ! Everything was wonderful. Afterwards, we opened gifts, and Denises prank gift was pretty funny, especially seeing Samantha and Courteney in stitches over it. Finally started to head home around 2, but made a couple of stops. The gentleman that purchased our home was out in his yard, so I stopped to say hello. He invited me in to see the house. First off, they removed the fence around the front yard, yesterday, and he said he plans to plant a lot of flowers in the flower beds surrounding the front lawn Then he invited me in, and the house looks wonderful. Theyve painted a deep almost rust color, that looks good with the hard wood floors that they have. They also replace th tiles in the front door and those are now a white tile. I saw the back bathroom. They enlarged the shower, and where the cabinet used to be across from the sink, that where they moved the toilet, so the bathroom is the same size, just the shower is bigger and more open. The house looks beautiful. Hed been out trimming those palm trees on either side of that big front window and said that he tries to keep it as beautiful as Dad had it. After that, I stopped at my friend Lauries house, to give her some candy cane cookies, and to wish her a Happy Birthday. When I hit the road, I was moving along until around Yorba Linda Blvd, then it was slow - but moving - until we passed the 15. AFter that, it was smooth sailing all the way home. Hope everyone is having, or has had, a wonderful Christmas Day. I know I did.
