Just got off work everyone, I do apologize. A few things to go over, This thursday Oct 23rd.2014 practice is cancelled due to this party! I have to meet with the woman from 5&below to discuss the fundraiser and i have to get more decor and party favors. we need party bags (small ones) and some little stuff to put inside them. Also the dances we are doing is full dances, we arent using j-sets because they are repetitive! We are a dance team so we are giving them what they wanna see guys. The dance dept is doing a full 360 i will discuss what i mean by that in person to all parents. 1 PARENT FROM EACH CHILD NEEDS TO MEET WITH US, SO WE CAN DISCUSS PROGRESS AND FURTURE PLANNING. As head of the dance department I want everyone to have correct information, correct music, etc. I am downloading cds with all the music on them the music will be mixed 2 weeks prior to the Christmas Parade ! RIght now we are focused on the Halloween party so this monday / wednesday is hard practice and a new dance will be learned including the intro music. Solita LiLi B i need you to be focused and i need you to gradually get back on the scene first task from you is getting them ready for performance on saturday, and i really want to see how you do as a leader and try to help me get everyone on the same page. As a leader i need you totally focused and i need you to make sure that what i cannot do you can. You are my eyes and ears!!!!!! For now the dances i have them taken care of & ill do the music. Barbara Washington I need you to make sure all the kids are accounted for, and everything on the list is supplied.
