Just got the phone call I was hoping for the 2nd block is S O L D !!! That means my Goolwa block is a goer! :-) :-) :-) Happy dance happening with beer in hand Signing contract on Thursday arvo, after the Murray Bridge poetry gig & meeting a friend for drinks in town Means Ill be moving my Coaster camper into the new shed before rego runs out, having a couple of garage sales b4 Xmas, going to paint my house in Victor & really looking forward to meeting with an architect to convert my house drawings into actual building plans :-) Probably wont be building next year, I do like living in Victor, so no rush, but I have options I love my life & wouldnt be dead for quids
