Sugar is one of the single greatest issues and dietary challenges we face today. I thought youd be interested in this video on how sugar affects the brain (and why its so addictive). Just to clarify, I dont demonise fruit. Natural sources of sugar MUST be respected but the problem lies with refined sources of sugar that are added to, snuck in, and disguised in our food.
