Just letting everyone know that I have had a great day today my blood tests come back diabetes under control kidneys great even liver lol had eye test yesterday too for diabetes and my eyes arent damaged in any way from it and everything else good I do have to take half a cholestrol tablet now but overall I have had a great day except optus sux and my phone has issues even that cant get me down lol week 8 at gym and just getting fitter no weight loss yet but there should be soon (I lost 3cms off hips) but still that is something feeling great
