Just listened to a debate on radio 2 re Scotland with their deputy first minister. I cant help but feel saddened that this whole misadventure is stirring up old feelings that had disappeared hundreds of years ago. How does an intelligent woman arrive at the conclusion that The rest of the uk will watch Scotland put 2 fingers up to the rest of us and still expect to keep our currency and other perks to make life easier for them? Its madness to assume their wont be a reaction from the voters. Regardless of the outcome which I truly hope is for them to stay, this has been a total fiasco both sides of the border. Scottish stirring up nationalist mischief with unprovable assumptions and uk politicians for not preparing at all... Far too cocky or perhaps worse asleep at their posts, AND worst of all for allowing 16 year olds to vote on the future of my nation when I cant! You are all a disgrace and Im so disgusted by you all :(
