Just literally killed mai đlegs even more!! Did 30 mins on the stairs, level 10 (no holding on allowed) followed by 30 minutes on the bike, strictly focusing on isolating quads, calves & glutes!!đĩ My legs are on đĨ! If you think I cant walk today, wait til tomorrow!!! YIKES!! đ° đ° đ°Pain is simply weakness leaving the body.....unless it lingers on for days....then its simply PAIN!đ HA! This definitely calls for Promera Sports #glutablast RESCUE!!!đđđĒ
