Just made a call 2 terminate my internet. Was asked a couple of questions 2 verify who da heck I am. Once I told them I wanna terminate, u r asked 2 answer another 5 questions. Lucky they didnt repeat their questions if not I wldve blown again. Da person on da otherside tells me Ill hv 2 return da equipment 2 complete da termination. So I rush 2 return onli 2 b told Ill hv 2 wait 4 a sms. Not willing 2 wait I call customer service again. Tis time a Chinese gal picks up. I give my reference number & she tells me its abt a recent call regarding my termination. Im asked 2 answer questions again. Anyway she tells me da centre am @ is unable 2 complete my request as Ill hv 2 wait 24 hrs 4 da sms. I say realli 24 hrs??? She then says max 24 hrs. I then tell her tat da previous guy told me I hv 2 return in 1 - 3 days. She tells me ull receive a sms within an hr - 4 hrs & 2 come back in da afternoon. I then proceed 2 tell her tat afternoon wld b in an hr time. Then there was dead silence. I broke da silence by asking her is she readi 2 write down my number? I also ask y tis procedure takes so long? Her reply was coz theres many customer terminating their service.
