Just managed to record and upload 50 piano cover videos in one day for the first time! Its amazing how many songs I can drag from the depths of my memory and play by ear. I mean amazing how they stick in the mind, rather than meaning to be boastful. For example Two Princes (by Spin Doctors - had to look that up). Who remembers that?? I hadnt heard it this millennium Im pretty sure, but somehow it popped up in my mind. My new approach is to just keep covering videos, old and new, whatever style, as soon as possible after I think of them. I need dozens more views than Ive got at the moment to start making any useful income off youtube. To be honest I still havent been able to bring myself to cover the songs in the charts I find most annoying (generic, degrading, moronic etc). Even if they might get me the most views. But the point is, Im trying to buy myself the space to do the stuff I most want to do - mostly originals, but still a few covers probably. So please bear with me. Sorry if the videos you like get buried under piles of others that arent your thing. Ill try to feature some of the better ones when I get the chance.
