Just one year ago I ordered my Challenge Pack from Jana Glover Sorensen, I will never forget how it all happened. I had been feeling down for quite a while, I was missing my workout buddy from Logan Shelly Lloyd Nielsen, and I was missing having a gym. I was unable to get up early and run as it was freezing cold in the morning, and I refuse to run outside by myself at 4:00 in the morning. The closest gym was 35 miles away, and I just didnt have time to spend an hour drive time and then another hour workout. I was depressed, I had no energy, and I just didnt feel good about myself, or feel good in general. I had went to Logan to go to a dentist appointment, and as I was driving home late at night, my kid were asleep, and I was left to think on my own. I remember crying as I was driving, and I had decided that I would just have to buy a membership to the gym and get up at 4:00 drive there. I had even decided that if I paid for a whole year up front it would be motivation to get me there. The next day, Jana posted about the 21 day fix, and so I made a comment about PRICE. She called me a few minutes later, and as I talked to her, I just felt like it was right. So I ordered the T25 and the Shakeology (I was super wary about the Shakeology, because I didnt love the idea of a Meal Replacement shake) . I had no idea that that decision was going to impact my life like it did. I cannot even begin to tell each of you how this has changed my life. My anxiety level is 1/2 of what it was, (in fact my house started on fire the other day, and I cant believe how little anxiety I have had about it). I am a TON more confident. I have so much more energy!!, I am apart of a team that supports, and brings me up, Brigitte Linford. The NEW ME is the me that I always knew was in there. I just had to find me.
