Just posted this on Yelp. { Mean every word ! If you like authentic Italian dining and I know a lot of my friends do, this place is a must ! Ciao Osteria has been open over two months now{ in Centreville } and I have dined there between 10 and 15 times, often bringing friends to share this wonderful new Italian Restaurant. { Much needed in this area.} Being of Italian decent, I get frustrated when I see that a lot of Americans simply believe the more you get, the better the meal or the deal. When it comes to real Italian cuisine, its just not true. The quality is the main thing, the preparation, fresh ingredients, etc... this is not to say you wont feel stuffed when you leave Ciao Osteria, you will but with the best Italian cuisine that I have experienced in this area, in a very long time ! So if your looking for a place like Mangiannos where a mediocre spaghetti feeds four and a stale salad feeds five, go there. If you want true authentic Pizza and Italian dishes that you will surely enjoy... Ciao Osteria is the place. All of my friends tell me they have gone back after we dined there. The owner Sal, his wife Gina, Chef Antonino and of course my friends and my favorite server, Ursula along with the rest of the excellent staff make it a wonderful dining experience.
