Just returned from taking Mom for her post op appointment. GREAT NEWS!!! The tumor is GONE,,,,,it measured 6 x 4 x 4 and was pressing into the chestwall muscle,,,they removed a piece of the muscle to get the whole tumor,,,,but ALL margins are clear,,,,,only bad part was they were only able to remove one drain,,,,the other will be removed next week. She has no steri strips as they removed those,,,,,,incision looks GREAT. She is one happy woman to have the wrap off and area open to air. Shes able to drive again,,,,so that was a plus for her. She doesnt go back for six months but does have to have radiation treatments. Were hoping she only has to do the oral chemo as well,,,,well find out the 20th. Thank you all for everything and all the continuing prayers and well wishes. Mom says without all of you,,,,this would not have happened. Thank you
