Just talked to hubby and both of us are amazed at how crooked people can be in this world. He and his sidekick flew to Florida to pick up a bucket truck because ours had damage to the boom. After having a conversation with sales rep that stated boom had passed inspection, he went down to find out it was never inspected, had that done and it failed. We were supposed to have $2000 deposit returned; nope, not to mention the $ for two flights there and back. Weve learned a lesson. Depressing that this is a father/son business, what a role model! Sure hope our business is never reflected in this manner and that were proud of our kids for being honest, hardworking contributors to society. Dont purchase from dealership in St. Petersburg! Cant wait to pick him up from the airport.
