Just thought Id share for those with a thermal cooker For a super easy no fuss dinner cooked in the dreampot (can be done in sc too). Jamie Oliver meatloaf reduced to clear. Open the packet to take out the sauce and bend the tray to fit in the dreampot, then wrap it back up. Normally use foil but I didnt have any so gladwrap worked fine as I had never used it in the dreampot before. I poked a few small holes in the top, half filled the large inner pot with water and sat the tray on this mini cake tin thing with the water coming half way up the tray. Cook on the stove for 15 mins then transfer to the dreampot for 3 hours About 1 hour before its ready I added sweet potato around the bottom in the water, then removed and mashed the sweet potato and popped in some broccoli to cook while I took the meatloaf out drain the excess fat and juices. Popped it all back in to warm through again before serving. So easy and took maybe 10 mins in the kitchen total.
