Just wanted an opinion from Salisbury residents this morning at 11 am I witnessed a parking ambassador ,,,, park his Wiltshire council van in a car park in Salisbury I then watched him head into town so I pulled up by him and asked why he hadnt purchased a ticket for the van to which he sniggered I dont need one I asked why he replied Im doing my duty ,,,, I asked what it was he said to issue tickets to cars parked with out paying for a ticket I laughed at him and reminded him off the ticket he hadnt put in his van,,,, he was stood there smug and cocky so I said Ill complain about this ,,,, he asked why !!!! Is this fair on others ?
