Just wanted to take a minute to thank you all for your contributions to the page :-D from your great photos old and new that you upload, to the memories you share with everyone, to the recomendations for various things and for the continual sharing of pics when our lovely pets get lost or found :-D Ive made so many new friends since starting this page and i just wanted to thank you all as if it wasnt for you lovely lot the page wouldnt have grown as much as it has. Who would have thought that a random idea , yes ive used the word random again :-) purely because it makes me smile , the other words that make me smile and laugh outloud cant be posted as it may cause offense so just be grateful when i use the word random instead :-D anyway where was i ?? oh yes i might sometimes get things wrong, there could be incorrect dates given on the photos sometimes, my spelling and grammar leaves a bit to be desired :-D but i try my best to try and make the page fun and interesting :-D i just wanted to give a mention to the sources of supplying some of the old photos that have been given to me to use, obviously this list doesnt include all you lovely lot that have posted directly onto the page as it would take me a million years to list you all :-D , so thanks to Kidderminster Library, Stourport Library, Civic society, John Cook, Geoff Neal, Margaret Baylis,Albert Mogg, Jude Stevens,Lynne Best, Marjan Thorneycroft Jonker, Selina Moule, Audrey Hardiman and Tracie Hardiman to just name a few :-D thank god for the people that took the time to write the Stourport books and contribute to helping keep the History of Stourport alive, heres a few names, no doubt ive forgotton some but here goes....,Isaac Wedley, T.j Bayliss,Geoff Neal,Anne Bradford, Anna Carter,Fred Bevan,Audrey Cooper,Pauline Annis,Jill Fairbrother Millis,Michael Kettle,,Albert Mogg, Ray Franks,Margaret Downton,Jean Horne,Roy Baylis, Bill Hughes,Walter Charles Roberts and Ron Ready* takes a breath* as without them our fantastic history would be lost. The majority of these books are still available to buy from ebay and amazon, and Geoff Neals book to buy directly from the family, so if you have a few quid to spare its well worth buying them .A full list of the books is listed under the pages about description.Anyway enough waffling on and heres to getting another 184 members so we can hit the 5000 mark :-D thanks again everyone mwwwwaaaaaaahhhh xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
