Just whats wrong with BBM? BBM was 15 yrs. old when his father Pres. Marcos placed the entire country under Martial Law. He may be too young then to comprehend what the implications and ramifications of this declaration. But it was obvious that his father was trying to hold on to the power that he was no longer qualified after having served 2-terms as provided by the constitution that time. He was 29 years old when people power happened that forced his family to flee the country and settled in Hawaii. If BBM had the heart and mind for the sake of the Filipinos did he not think and asked himself why the people were revolting against his father when he saw (even on television or radio broadcasts) the massing of people at EDSA in support of Messrs. Enrile & Ramos when these once-close allies of his father withdrew their support from his father? What did he do when trickle of news start to come out from local and international news the numerous bank accounts of William Saunders (Pres. Marcos) and Jane Ryan (Imelda) deposited in several Swiss bank accts. that had become the subject of years of recovery efforts by the govt. of Mrs. Aquino. That all these purported wealth were all ill-gotten? Did he ever hear the word kleptocracy attached and associated to the time of his fathers regime? Now, the question is, will he be different from his father if he occupies Malacanang again as President of our downtrodden people. May God help us!!
