Justice (# Bring Back Our Girls) I looked again into their eyes, Winced and felt sad At that instance, it dawned on me That we couldn’t isolate them anymore. The warmth that shone Through their eyes was gone, Then I heard that voice that is unknown And knew that blood was in the water. It was not a thing that a mere mortal Would easily snap out of, The stench of the stigma was so strong And the urge to fight back was also on. With all the suffering and so much pain, It will be a crime to look away again, Knowing that by this same time next year, Our people will still not be free. Orok Duke Duke Town
