Campbell No Justice, no peace, no peace, no peace (x 4) Justice is a cry in every century For justice matters in all society So despite of the state of the economy Let’s focus on justice for everybody In deep rural country or inner city This must be a part of our ministry If peace is to be a true reality Justice is rooted in Bible theology Books of the law; books of history Leviticus, Isaiah or Deuteronomy Gospels, Epistles, including Timothy Jesus reveals it completely As he read from the book of prophecy That justice is the will of the Almighty Justice is about who owns property Justice is about government policy Justice is about real equality Justice must lift up all humanity Justice must help the poor and needy Justice must stop the one who is greedy Justice for peace; my responsibility Let it be our duty to feed the hungry Share what we have; small or plenty Forget all the malice; act sensibly Yield to the Spirit; walk uprightly This is a serious matter; don’t take lightly Bring justice to others; commit totally Let peace like a river flow freely So wherever you come from in this country Or whatever your status in reality Or whether you are young or old somebody Or come from the male or female specie Let’s pursue justice with great intensity For our Christian witness must have integrity Justice is a must for peace and liberty
