#K2 2014: Rotation 2 – climbing the Black Pyramid. Back at Base Camp after second and final acclimatization rotation up the mountain – one night at Camp 1, three nights at Camp 2. Fierce winds and increasingly bad weather prevented us reaching Camp 3, but we climbed most of the Black Pyramid, before returning to Camp 2. Now recovering and recuperating at Base Camp waiting for the all-important weather window for our summit attempt.
