Establishes acquisition strategies and oversight of procurement activities and contracts. FROM WHAT WE SEE THEY DO NOT AT ALL PAY ATTENTION TO A BUDGET! THIER DISORGANIZATION COSTS YOU AND I MILLIONS OF DOLLARS EACH DAY. WE CURRENTLY (THE STATE OF KENTUCKY TOO) HAVE JAIL FACILITIES THAT ALSO HOUSE INDIVIDUALS BEING REVIEWED BY IMMIGRATIONS. SOME HAVE BEEN IN CUSTODY FOR MONTHS ON END AND HAVE YET TO SEE A JUDGE? WHO PAYS FOR THAT? YOU AND I DO! National Immigration Forum- Continues to request billions of dollars for the detention operations of ICE. Including operational expenses, at an average of $5.05 million per day. Their budget is outrageous...it is a business and paying for a system that is inept is insane.
