Shout out to all the crew people out there. Some have this perception that crew is not important. If it were not for them the show cant go on. The Tm makes makes sure you do not get screwed, the FOH makes sure you sound amazing, guitar and drum techs tune and clean your gear to make sure your tones are amazing but you look great as well, merch people hustle your Merch so you are able to make money and pay your bills, LD make sure you look killer! Monitor tech makes sure your singer does not blow his voice out so we get to next day and do it all over again. Respect the crew as they are just as important as the band.
