KAJWANG, ODM RESPONSIBLE FOR TERRORISM CRISIS; ODMS Otieno Kajwang used the immigration department to illegally/corruptly enrich himself. As minister, he engaged in rampant corruption by selling citizenship in exchange for hundreds of millions. He owns several houses in South C estate, which he exchanged with Kenyas citizenship. Therefore Kajwang, Raila Odinga and anyone in ODM should be last to criticize the government over war on terror. Thats why I agree with Pauline Njoroge that Kajwang and by extension ODM are responsible for the current terror crisis. CC. Phil Etale
