We do not want to divide India, But Indians need to understand With due respect to all the Indians that India had divided our kamatapur into several parts and had made Kochrajbongshi homeless in their own Country. Kamatapur is not the formation of New State, rather its the re-unification of the Kamatapur Kingdom, which had merged with the Indian territory on 28th of August 1949 and later on India divided Kamatapur into various parts, where by the eastern part of the Kamatapur merged with the Present Assam and the Western part of the Kamatapur is being merged with the present West Bengal and few of the parts went with Meghalaya, Rongpur, Bihar and Nepal. After the merger of Kamatapur Kingdom with India, the Eastern Part was being merged with the present Assam and the western part was merged with the present West Bengal, few parts went to Meghalaya, Rongpur, Bihar, Nepal. On 15th August 1947, it was the birth of an independent India and Pakistan, free from two decades of Colonial Rule. Question arose regarding which nation the State of Cooch Behar will cede to. Many people of WestBengal say that Bengal have been divided 3 times and they do not want any further division, The Truth is that Bengal was never divided but rather it was created by dividing our Kamatapur Kingdom, Let me clear it to all, Kamatapur was divided and Assam and Bengal was created out of our Kamatapur Kingdom. CM of Assam says that they do not want to divide Assam any more, But we say we do not want to divide your Assam, Please keep your Assam with you, We want our Part of the Kamatapur Back which is merged with Assam by dividing Our original Kamatapur Territory.
