KATHUA, DEC. 29: Kathua bound Superfast Bus bearing registration number JK08AC-1675 met an accident at Chadwal Morh with a Tipper bearing registration number JK08B-7397. As a result, ten passengers injured, to whom the police rushed to Sub-District Hospital Hiranagar. The injured identifies as Sukh Devi w/o Sanjay Kumar R/o Ghagwal, Nikhil Kumar S/o Sanjay Kumar R/o Ghagwal, Rakesh Kumar S/o Raja Ram R/o Kalibari, Kritika w/o Shashipal R/o Narote Jaimal Singh, Raghu S/o Shashipal R/o Narote Jaimal Singh, Gourav Abrol S/o Suriender Singh R/o Bhajwal Kathua, Sardar Charanjeet Singh (Conductor of Bus) S/o Bachan Singh R/o Veeru Chack, Diksha Sharma D/o Rishi Sharma R/o Shiva Nagar, Naresh Kumari w/o Randheer Singh R/o Shiva Nagar and Sahil Kumar S/o Sanjay Kumar R/o Ghagwal. Police sources further informed that out of ten injured passengers Sukh Devi w/o Sanjay Kumar R/o Ghagwal and his son Nikhil Kumar (7 years) S/o Sanjay Kumar R/o Ghagwal died in the accident. The police taking both the vehicles in custody had registered a case in the matter and had initiated the further proceedings of the case.
