KEY POINT OF THE DAY: Do less, and train better. Everyone wants to do the fancy stuff first and forgets most of your gains ( Weight loss, strength, speed etc ) come from doing the basic things well first. Heres a simple acceleration drill using the harness. Which allows an athlete to chase their center of gravity and get into the correct angle. Key cues : #1) quick contact on the ground #2) lead with the knees #3) keep an egg on your foot ( keeps the feet dorsiflexed ) Build on basics !!! #acceleration #basics #performance #speed #essperformance #internship #EXOS #athletes performance
