KFC... southern fried anything... coating: 50/50 fine cornmeal (not cornflour, this is different, find cornmeal, you can get course or fine, you want the fine, I got mine in the asian shit corner 2 years ago for 99p) and plain/or SR flour...lets say 1 dessertspoon of each Seasonings.. garlic powder, thyme, chili, paprika, salt pepper, OR you can get cajun spice that is a blend of these kind of flavours. lets say 1/3 teaspoon or so of each, or 1 and 1/2 teaspoons pre-mixed blend, pimp how you like.. I always add more chili Soak your chicken portions/whatever (Ive got par-cooked pots) in milk for a few hours.. this softens/tenderises the chicken.. then quickly drain and toss in the mix.. fry ..yes fry.. thats why its called Kentucky FRIED chicken...in hot oil til cooked.
